How is an installation of solar panels on facades?
Panels
These are the first cog in the wheel. The sunbeams impact on the panels and create an electric current, which we will take to your home.
Inverter

Well, one of its features is that it is bidirectional: it measures the electricity that goes in, and also the one that goes out. Thanks to that, your distributor will pay for the solar energy that you pour into the network because you didn’t use it. It is essential if you don’t have batteries.

Why install solar panels on a facade?

What are the advantages of installing solar panels on the facade?

- It works very well in mountain areas, with a lot of snow, where consumption is high in winter (when the sun is more in the horizontal plane and the rays are more perpendicular to the facade).
How are solar panels mounted on the facade?
An aluminum substructure is first anchored to the facade (vertical rails). On top of those smaller horizontal rails are hooked, where the panels are mounted.
How is the maintenance on the facade solar installation done?
An elevator is needed.
How much am I going to save by installing solar panels on the facade?
The savings are somewhat lower, compared to a roof solar system, due to the extra cost of the substructure, and because the radiation captured is 10% less when the panel is vertically mounted.
What size of panels are installed on the facade?
The same panels are used as on the roofs: 1 meter wide, and between 1 m and 2 m high.
