SUD Renovables is an independent group with vast experience in the industrial, energetic, and environmental areas. We offer comprehensive services in the fields of engineering, building, and exploitation of renewable energies. The group is vertically integrated, so it includes the engineering to develop projects as well as the installation company.

We are experts in designing and developing photovoltaic projects for self-supply, mainly focused on big industrial sites and based on a turnkey method. We set up the company in 2005 because we were interested in different aspects of renewable energies. Ten years ago, we built our own lab to combine different technologies and compare their performance. We also have the main management certificates in the industry.

The journey continues for a greener society and Sud Renovables group has recently become a part of the solarenergy group Soltech Energy, based in Sweden and with subsidairies in Sweden and the Netherlands.

We are proud to be part of a larger group with a strong future potential and we look forward to the colaboration with our colleagues in Sweden and the Netherlands.

Our story

SUD was born in Vic in 2005, developing engineering projects for industries and local companies. We always believed in renewable energies, especially in photovoltaic energy. In 2012, we opened up to the Latin American market, when in Spain the sector could not start up without grants and subsidies. Three years later, in 2015, the costs of photovoltaic energy started to decrease and we had the chance to get into the market. And we haven’t stopped since then.

Today we have more than 100 people in the team and we bring engineering and installing together to offer a better service to the customer. Furthermore, we have just opened our own industrial unit. Because we want to grow up together and work hard for a better future.
